The higher authority people must understand their responsibilities in the work place. The investigation must be made on both the sides before taking the legal action. The victim must have the proper proof for the harassment in the work place. No legal action is taken against the employer and they can file the EEOC charge within 180 or 300 days from the date of punishment. The US immigration laws are very severe and have many restrictions for the harassments.
